I had a problem with my order i was a bit worried I was going to get the runaround or be fooled with some vague replies. But customer service got back to me quicker than I expected and actually helped sort it out without making it a huge hassle. It did take a little back and forth, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall I’m happy with how they handled it.

The stitching feels strong overall, so I don’t really get why anyone would make a big deal out of it. One seam looked a tiny bit uneven, sure, but it’s not like it’s falling apart or anything. I’m still happy with it.

I’ve been using this backpack for work and just walking around, and it’s been really comfy. Even when I pack it full, it doesn’t feel too heavy somehow, and the straps don’t dig into my shoulders, which is... such a relief. Good everyday bag for sure.

It’s nice and light, so carrying it on the daily school run isn’t a whole workout disguised as parenting. Easy to grab, easy to carry around, and thankfully not one of those bags that feels like it’s packed with bricks.
